How many sessions of Laser is required for full results?

Generally 10 sessions are recommended for best results. There are some factors including skin colour, hair colour, consistency of sessions and hormonal issues that can affect the results. Please speak to Melissa during your consultation or session for more information.

What do i need to do to before and after my session

PRE LASER TREATMENTS;

Avoid waxing, plucking and threading 3 weeks before laser treatment
Avoid fake tanning procedures during the week leading up to treatment
Shave the night before your treatment - SHR diogen laser hair removal works best during the active anagen phase of hair growth
Protect your skin from sun exposure during the 2 weeks before treatment. Stay home if you can. If you must go out, use SPF 50+ sunscreen

POST LASER TREATMENTS;

Stay away from the sun for at least 1 week – direct sun exposure can irritate your still-sensitive skin
Refrain from plucking, threading or waxing hair in between treatments
Don’t shave for a week
Try to avoid sweaty situations in 24 hours following each treatment, as bacteria can cause problems
Wait about a week before getting a spray tan
Make sure to wear sunscreen before going out - but do this regardless to protect your skin from aging and pigmentation
Exfoliate the treated area 3 days after your operation to remove any stuck hairs and

what results should i be expecting?

Results can start from the first session. Generally, you will see hair begin to grow back slower, then thinner and patches will start to form. Results will get better after every session so it is extremely important to stay on track and be consistent with all treatments.
