All clients will need to provide their credit cards which will be stored in the system and only used to process no shows/late cancellation fees
24 hours remains the timeframe for cancellation/rescheduling of appointments. A fee will be processed from your card once you are informed if any cancellations or changes occur within the 24 hour timeframe
A 50% deposit will need to be paid when booking or rebooking any appointments
Any card transactions will incur a 1.9% transaction fee added to the total amount of the sale, payable by the client.
Any bad behavior, inappropriateness, hate speech, bullying, threatening, etc. will not be tolerated in this salon and will be banned from the location.
Return and Refund Policy
Treatments:
Deposits paid for service/s and treatments are non-refundable.
The client acknowledges that the pre paid treatments is not refundable neither in part or in whole, in the event that the client's circumstances change, or in the event that the client fails to attend or discontinue their treatments
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, or you do not attend a booked appointment, Refined Skin Boutique reserves the right to forfeit your prepaid treatment.
There is no expiry on any purchased sessions but client should be aware to keep on the recommended Laser & Skin plans for best results.
Skincare products:
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Refined Skin Boutique will gladly accept change of mind returns on products that you have purchased from us, as long as it is within 15 days. The product needs to be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
For all Appliance items is it recommended to go through the manufacturer directly for faster support as they are all subject to manufactures warranty. Before returning a Hair Appliance please speak to our customer service team.

Change of Mind Return - any return postage costs need to be covered by the customer, once parcel is received you will be offered the option of a full store credit or refund for the returned item if it meets the criteria stated above.
